Parties are setup for 10 children with a maximum of 15. After 10, there is an extra charge of $1 per child to cover cost of extra hats and party favors.
We schedule parties on SATURDAY & SUNDAY at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Times are available based on reservations so be sure to get your reservation well in advance of when you need it.
Parties usually last about an hour and a half. However tables are reserved for two hours. This gives guests time to finish up and allow our staff time to prepare tables for the next party (in the event another party is scheduled).
During your party you’ll have a clown as your server for the full 1.5 hours. They’ll play games, serve pizza and ice cream, lead singing of Happy Birthday and help the children.
Q. Do you require a deposit to reserve my party day and time?
A. Yes. A $25 deposit is required and will be applied to the total bill. We will hold your time slot for a 24-hour period allowing you time to pay the deposit.
Q. Can I bring my own cake?
A. Yes. Cake, cupcakes, brownies, etc., are allowed to be brought into the store. No other food or drink is permitted.
Q. Can I come in early to decorate the table or room?
A. Tables and rooms are only available during the two hour time period they are reserved. The earliest they may be available for decorating is fifteen minutes prior to your reservation unless another scheduled party is still on-going within their party window.
Q. How many adults can be fit into the party space area?
A. The maximum number of adults that we will set up space for is 20. If more wish to attend, they are welcome but table space will be first come first served depending on the reservations. Tables may not be in the same area as the party.
